Dwayne Edghill, President

Dwayne M. Edghill is a Manager in the Xfinity Consumer Services Program Delivery team focused on Strategy & Planning. In his 16-year career within the telecommunications industry, Dwayne has been responsible for cross channel implementation of large-scale projects for both internal Xfinity consumer programs as well as for external Fortune 500 companies that have aligned strategically with Comcast Business for their managed services needs. He is a passionate advocate for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion within the Communications Industry.

Dwayne is active in the Philadelphia community where he serves as the President of NAMIC Philadelphia (National Association for Multi-Ethnicity in Communications). He is also an active member of NeXT - Urban League of Philadelphia Young Professionals Group, the Young Professional Council (YPC) for the Chamber of Commerce for Greater Philadelphia, the Young Caribbean Professional Network (YCPN) and United Caribbean Association of Philadelphia (UCAP). Dwayne is dedicated to developing the next generation of diverse leaders in all of his efforts.

Dwayne has previously served as the Lead for the Black Employee Network (BEN) at Comcast HQ as well as the External Focus Committee Lead for BEN.

Dwayne graduated from Peirce College with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and from Community College of Philadelphia with an Associate of Science in Management Information Systems. He currently resides in Philadelphia with his son.

Fai Shaheed, Vice President

Fai Shaheed is a Manager of New Program & Product Introduction within the Xfinity Consumer Services organization at Comcast. Fai has been with Comcast for eleven years and during that time she has held various roles, Accounts Payable, where she helped launch the initial electronic invoice portal (XIGN).  Following that, Fai joined the National Revenue Share Association (NRSA) team where she acted as the primary contact between the regions and developer, driving critical enhancements to the NRSA Portal for the field.  Most recently, Fai was working for the Comcast Global Audit team, where she was responsible for auditing various areas of the business to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. 

As a Manager on the New Program & Product Introduction team, Fai is responsible for helping to diversify new program portfolios to market, with a focus on improving processes and procedures to deliver the best experience possible for our customers. 

In her free time, Fai is an avid foodie who loves to travel especially to exotic beaches. She also enjoys daily workouts in her home gym and evening walks after a long day..

Danielle Phillips, Secretary

Danielle Phillips is a Senior Compliance Analyst for Comcast Corporation. In her role, she partners with compliance stakeholders (including Legal, Human Resources, Internal Audit, and Security) across Corporate, Comcast Cable, NBCUniversal, Sky, and Comcast Spectacor to help administer and manage the company-wide compliance and ethics helpline and web portal. In this capacity, she also helps identify potential areas of compliance risk and vulnerability; develops and helps implement action plans to resolve problematic issues, and provides guidance on how to avoid or address similar situations in the future.

With a strong belief in the importance of making a community impact, Danielle has a stout history of community service and routinely volunteers in Philadelphia with her sorority (Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.) and local college alumnae chapter. She is also an avid supporter of Comcast’s Employee Resource Groups, whether that includes participating in the Dragon Boat race along the Schuylkill River or co-leading the Young Professional’s Network, she is willing to serve in whatever capacity needed.

Danielle joined Comcast in 2014 from NFL Films where she was the legal and contracts coordinator for the production arm of the NFL. Danielle earned her Bachelor of Arts from Spelman College and J.D. from Widener University Delaware Law School. She was a 2016 Cablefax Overachiever Under 30 Award recipient and has completed the National Association for Multi-Ethnicity in Communications (NAMIC) Leadership Seminar and L. Patrick Mellon Mentorship Program.

Anthony McCloskey, Treasurer

Anthony McCloskey is a Philadelphia native, a graduate of Central High School of Philadelphia (256), and the University of Maryland, where he received his degree in accounting. He is a combat wounded veteran of the wars in Iraq & Afghanistan and serves as an advocate for Disabled Veterans on the PA Rehabilitation Council. He has worked for Comcast since 2015, where he is currently a Director of Product Management for Comcast’s Cybersecurity Team. Anthony currently lives just outside of Philadelphia with his wife, Nora, and his three sons.
